Quick help with sync, purchases, notifications, exports, and privacy.
Track up to 4 subscriptions with the spending overview and yearly pace, renewal reminders, Smart Add on supported devices, Ask Tenny, widgets, Renewal Live Activities, all appearance themes, revision history with version comparison, and CSV import and export.
Pro adds unlimited subscriptions, deeper insights such as categories, biggest costs, and renewals, Insights card customization, same-day, trial-ending, and weekly alerts, revision restore, and full backup and restore. It is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks Pro on iPhone, iPad, and Mac, and it supports Family Sharing.
Smart Add is included in Free and Pro. It uses Apple’s on-device model, so it needs iOS 26, iPadOS 26, or macOS 26 on a device that supports Apple Intelligence, with Apple Intelligence turned on and the model ready. Manual entry is always available.
Ask Tenny is on iPhone and iPad, in Free and Pro. It answers common questions about what’s due and what you spend on every supported iPhone and iPad. With iOS or iPadOS 26 and Apple Intelligence turned on, it can also use Apple’s on-device model for other questions. It runs on your device. To turn it off, open Settings, then Tenny assistant.
On iPhone and iPad, add Tenny from the Home Screen or Lock Screen widget gallery. Monthly Spend shows your monthly average, and Next Charge on the Lock Screen shows the service and amount. Renewal Live Activities are off until you turn them on in Settings, then Notifications. They hide names and amounts unless Show Names & Prices is on.
When iCloud is available, Tenny syncs your subscriptions through your private CloudKit database, on by default. Sign in to the same Apple Account and allow iCloud for Tenny on each device. You can turn sync off for one device in Settings, then Sync & Backup; the change applies after Tenny restarts. Without iCloud, your data stays on the device. Apple Watch receives updates from the paired iPhone.
Open Tenny Settings, choose Tenny Pro, then Restore Purchases. The App Store restores Pro for the Apple Account that bought it, on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Family members can use it through Family Sharing.
Enable notifications in Tenny Settings and in the system Settings app. Renewal reminders need notifications to stay allowed for Tenny. Reminders are scheduled on your device.
Use Tenny Settings to export your subscriptions as CSV. Pro adds full backup and restore. You can delete individual subscriptions, or choose Delete All Data in Settings, then Reset.
In the upcoming Tenny 1.0.10 release, use Delete shared prices in Settings, then Community Pricing, or Settings, then Privacy on Mac. This turns sharing off on this device and deletes your public contributions while preserving your private subscription records. If deletion cannot finish, the request stays pending so you can retry. Turn sharing off on your other devices too, since a device with sharing on can upload new contributions.

Billing, refunds, and subscription charges for Tenny Pro are handled by Apple, which processes every App Store payment.
Tenny is developed and operated by BabylonByte LLC (“BabylonByte”, “we”, “us”). Your use of the app is governed by Apple’s Standard EULA (the “EULA”). Tenny doesn’t have a license agreement of its own. Like many apps, it uses Apple’s standard one, the Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to App Store apps without a custom agreement. Purchases of Tenny Pro are made through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms; Apple is responsible for payment processing and refunds.
Tenny is a personal record-keeping tool. Prices, renewal dates, reminders, community price estimates, and answers from Smart Add or Ask Tenny are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Tenny does not cancel, pause, or change subscriptions with any provider; recording a cancellation in Tenny does not stop billing. Always confirm charges with the service and your Apple Account.
